Participants must be employees of your company…only employees, not their relatives, are eligible. Your company may choose to allow volunteers and/or retired employees to participate as well.Branch offices are eligible.

Jewelry
Paintings
Sculpture

Wooden Art
Metal Art
Wearable Art

PROCEDURES:
- All entries must be original work of the submitting artist.
- All entries must have been created after work hours.
- All entries must have been created within the past two years and cannot have been previously submitted.
- All drawings, photographs or paintings earning a place in the City Show MUST be framed and/or ready for hanging. The number of entries by any one artist in the in-house show is left to the discretion of the company coordinator.
- NO MORE THAN 3 ENTRIES FROM ANY ONE ARTIST MAY ADVANCE TO THE CITYSHOW EXHIBIT. THE 3 ENTRIES MUST BE IN AT LEAST 2 DIFFERENT CATEGORIES.
- Each entry must be labeled with the artist’s name, company name, category, title, address and phone number. The CCV office provides these labels. If there is no title, please label the piece “Untitled.”
JUDGING PROCEDURE FOR “ON MY OWN TIME”
Each category will be judged by CCV provided On My Own Time Judges for First, Second, Third and Honorable Mention Ribbons.
One Best of Show will be chosen at each company from the blue ribbon winners.
Only those receiving Best of Show ribbons with their company show will be eligible to compete for City Best of Show.
City Finalist ribbons can only be given to pieces that have already received First, Second, Third or Honorable Mention.
Only City Finalist ribbon winners go to the City Show.
No more than three entries by any one artist may advance to the City Show. Two of the three entries must be in different categories.
All drawings, photographs, or paintings earning a place in the City Show MUST BE framed and/or ready for HANGING.
