The 5th Annual Holiday Ornament Decorating Contest 2009 held by the Cultural Council of Victoria and sponsored by the Victoria Advocate is in full swing.  There are three divisions in the contest, junior high, senior high and adult.  First place winners in each division will receive $75.00 and second place winners will receive $25.00.  Winners, and all other submitted ornaments, will be displayed, on the big tree,  at the Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts, November 23 through December 23.  So, take a minute to stop by and enjoy!
